Shipping Coverage

We ship across all Canadian provinces and territories. At this time, we do not support international shipping directly from our website. For special requests or export inquiries, please contact us at ryan@fountainplace.ca

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the product.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select Kasco Marine products or order thresholds within Canada.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, notify us within 5 business days of delivery at ryan@fountainplace.ca. We will coordinate with the carrier and Kasco Marine to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
