Returns and Refund Policy

At Fountain Place Co. Limited, your satisfaction is important to us. As a top authorized distributor of Kasco Marine products in Canada, we follow Kasco’s official return policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for our customers. Please review the terms below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

Unused and in original condition
Returned in its original packaging
Accompanied by the proof of purchase or order number

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-ordered or modified equipment
Installed or used products
Items missing original packaging or accessories
Final sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return

Email us at ryan@fountainplace.ca with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the return shipment.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply as per Kasco Marine’s return policy.

Warranty Claims

If your item is defective and covered under warranty, we will assist you in submitting a warranty claim directly to Kasco Marine. Please contact us with your proof of purchase and product details to begin the process.
