Fountain Place maintains, repairs, restores and installs fountains for condominiums, municipalities, stormwater and retention ponds, golf courses and campuses, commercial and healthcare sites, and private estates and cottages. Crews leave our Markham shop for sites across Toronto, the GTA and cottage country. One team covers the mechanical, electrical and operations work.
Each property type has its own pressures. A condo board needs reports it can table, a municipality needs public safety and records, and a cottage owner needs the fountain out of the lake before freeze-up.

Do you work on both commercial and residential fountains?
Yes. We service municipal, commercial and residential systems, from civic plazas and condo courtyards to estate fountains and cottage lake fountains.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. Crews travel from Markham across the GTA, York, Durham, Peel, Halton, Hamilton and cottage country. See our service areas.
Can you provide reports for boards, councils or the ministry?
Yes. We provide client visit reports, and weekly reports for ministry submission where a site needs them. Inspections and condition reports include findings and repair costing.
Do you handle ponds as well as built fountains?
Yes. We install and service floating fountains, pond and lake aeration and de-icers for stormwater ponds, golf courses and cottage lakes.
