Where does Fountain Place work?
Fountain Place serves Toronto and the whole GTA, including York, Durham, Peel, Halton and Hamilton, plus cottage country: Barrie and Simcoe County, Muskoka, the Kawarthas and Georgian Bay. Every crew works out of our shop at 250 Don Park Road in Markham, where we have been fountain specialists since 1967.
When a project calls for it, we travel further. We restored the Pembroke Centennial Fountain for the Township of Pembroke, well outside our usual routes.

Why one Markham shop serves every site
Our crews leave the Markham shop every working day with the parts, pumps and tools a site needs. We make many of our own maintenance and restoration parts, so a repair rarely waits on a supplier.
The same building holds our in-house motor test facility and the moisture-controlled room where pumps, lights and automation equipment are stored over winter. Mechanical, electrical and operations specialists work as one team, so the technician on your site has the shop behind them.
Our sister company, Fountain Depot’s Kasco repair centre, works from the same address. Units can be dropped off in Markham or shipped in from anywhere in Ontario.

Do you work outside the GTA?
Yes. We service fountains and floating fountains in Barrie and Simcoe County, Muskoka, the Kawarthas and Georgian Bay. We have also completed projects further afield, such as the Pembroke Centennial Fountain.
My town is not listed. Can you still help?
Probably. The towns listed are our regular routes, not the limit. Call 1-877-752-1222 and tell us where the site is and what the fountain needs.
Can I send a pump or Kasco unit in instead of booking a visit?
Yes. Our sister company runs a certified Kasco repair centre in Markham, with a free diagnostic estimate and a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. Drop the unit off or ship it in from anywhere in Ontario.
Do you take emergency calls?
Yes, for our clients. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and emergency calls and service are available outside those hours.
