Toronto and core GTA
Fountain service in Toronto and the core GTA
Landmark, condominium, commercial and estate fountains kept running, repaired and restored.

Who services fountains in Toronto and the core GTA?
Fountain Place maintains, repairs and restores fountains across Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and Mississauga. Our shop is in Markham, so this is home territory for our crews. Our work here includes Casa Loma, Nathan Phillips Square, Clarence Square and a suspended-slab infinity fountain over a condominium parking garage.
Commercial and condominium sites are usually serviced weekly or bi-weekly in season, with spring start-ups and fall closings on either side.

How often should a commercial fountain in Toronto be serviced?
Most commercial and condominium fountains we look after are serviced weekly or bi-weekly in season. That keeps debris, algae and clogged nozzles from building into repairs.
Do you work on condominium podium fountains?
Yes. We rebuilt a 2,400 sq ft infinity-edge fountain on a Toronto condominium’s suspended slab, with mechanical across two parking levels.
Do you service heritage and landmark fountains?
Yes. Our work includes Casa Loma’s garden and front fountains, maintenance at Nathan Phillips Square, and the Clarence Square fountain relocated from the Art Gallery of Ontario.
Do you provide reports after each visit?
Yes. Clients receive a visit report, and we prepare weekly reports for ministry submission where a site needs them. Online visit reports are coming in 2027.
When should I book a spring start-up?
Book early in spring so your start-up is scheduled once the risk of frost has passed. We assess, clean, safety-test, fill and balance the flow.
