Our Markham shop holds an in-house motor test facility, run by certified motor technicians with specialized training. We also make many of our own maintenance and restoration parts here, so repairs rarely wait on a supplier.
Pumps, lights and automation equipment are stored over winter in our moisture-controlled facility in the same building.
Our sister company, Fountain Depot, runs its showroom and certified Kasco repair centre from the same address. Drop a unit off for a free diagnostic estimate, with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour.

Fall shut-down
We drain the fountain so no water is trapped in pipes through freeze cycles.

Remove and store
Pumps, lights and controls come back to the Markham shop, into our moisture-controlled facility. Floating fountains are removed and serviced.

Test and repair
Motors can be tested in our in-house facility. Kasco units go through our 17-step service procedure, ending with a wet and high-potential test.

Spring start-up
Once frost risk passes, we de-water, clean, run an electrical safety test, fill and balance the flow.
